“Fundamentals of 2D Design” with Pam Coffman
This is a 5-week class series.
Do you struggle with composition, color, and other design decisions? Then this is the perfect class to help you learn how to solve visual problems and gain a solid understanding of the elements and principles of two-dimensional design. In class demonstrations, discussion and hands-on assignments will emphasize the design elements (color, value, line, texture, shape/form and space) and principles (balance, dominance/emphasis, harmony, variety, movement, scale/proportion, repetition/rhythm and unity) that are essential to the creation of effective use and understanding of color theory and composition.

This is a 3-week series of classes. Join our hands-on classes and master essential stained glass techniques-from selecting the right tools to scoring, cutting, foiling, and soldering. Under expert guidance, you’ll create two or more stunning stained glass pieces from our exclusive pre-designed projects. Plus, get insider tips and tricks to perfect your craft!

“Impressionism In Oils” with Amelie Rogers
This is a 4-week series of classes. Students will learn how value, color, shapes, and edges combine to create soft classical works, how to create atmospheric perspectives, and will progress from painting things to painting visual concepts.

“Travel Sketching with Pen and Watercolors” with Ruth Squitieri
This is a 6-week series of classes. Learn how to create sweet little memories with minimal equipment while traveling or out and about! Join the growing global "Urban Sketchers" movement and record a certain place, food, people or event with a simple pen and some watercolors - all things you already have in your art supplies kit!

“Composition and Perspective” with Ruth Squitieri
This is a 5-week series of classes. This class will help you with any future painting you want to do. We will explore the basics of creating a painting in your medium.
We will discuss and practice: composition, perspective and color choices. We will explore warm/cool colors and the limited palette. We will extensively and practically explore 1 and 2 point perspective and also touch on 3point perspective. We will discuss and practice how quick thumbnails and notan drawings help you find the best composition to effectively give you a thought-out roadmap for any painting

“Oil Painting for Everyone” with Weldon Ryan
This is a 4-week series of classes. Students will learn color theory, color mixing, brushwork, and various ways of painting and finding your style using oil. The class will focus on observational painting using various sources. We will touch on anatomy, color theory and techniques in sorting reference material to paint in oil. We will have opportunities for creative expression through step-by-step instruction and individualized guidance.

Stained Glass Open Studio-Choose Your Date with Peter Berman
This is a 3-hour open studio. A 3-hour open studio–style class for returning stained glass students. Bring a small project or pattern (up to 11" x 11") and enjoy dedicated work time with tools and glass provided. Guidance, tips, and troubleshooting available as needed. Specialty or specific glass colors must be supplied by the student.
