Monday 1:00pm -4:00pm

“Abstract Realism” with Gail Bokor

This is a 4-week class series.

Unlike non-objective art, which is not based on anything you can see, Abstract art does have a basis in something recognizable. The two are often confused , as viewers will often see objects which the artist had no idea of showing. Whether it be a landscape, people or a still life, any subject can be “abstracted” to bring new light to it.  All materials, except your acrylic paint is included. Please limit your colors to shades of yellow, red and blue and be sure to bring black and white.  This class is geared for someone experienced in painting but would like to see something different in your work.

Tuesday 9:00am -Noon
