Workshop Description

Join us for a dynamic weekend workshop where participants embark on a journey to let their words and art meld and come alive! The workshop provides participants with step-by-step processes for the layout and creation of unique backgrounds combined with focal subject matter, mark-making, and borders, adding inspirational text and steps to “finish” a page. Participants will have access to and learn to use a wide variety of materials and art mediums to design and layout journal pages. Each participant will take away several completed pages using techniques and methods taught in the workshop and with a one-of-a-kind journal book just begging for more creations and a life-long method for creative expression and artistic exploration.

All supplies including journal books and materials are included in tuition. Aprons will be provided, wear cloths okay to get messy with art mediums.

Bring a sack lunch and drink.

For questions please contact Stephanie Zing at info@bohemianartcafe.com or you may contact the Art League at 386-947-7103.
