This is a 3-week class series.

Dates: Tuesdays, March 4th, 18th & 25th, 2025

Time: 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Tuition Fee for 3 weeks with Credit Card:     $129.00 members - $145.00 non-members

Tuition Fee for 3 weeks with Check/Cash:    $125.00 members - $140.00 non-members

Class limited to 8 students.

All supplies are included in class tuition.

All skill levels are welcome.

Registration ends February 25, 2025.

Cancellations must be made at least one week before the first day of class in order to receive a refund.

Class Description

Those who attend the Printmaking workshop will have an opportunity to immerse themselves in the process of designing and the lino cutting of a plate, creating a series of art prints. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced printmaker, get inspired by working along with other artists, in this 3 day workshop. All materials will be provided in this workshop.

Mary Wentzel is a mixed media painter whose work features bold colors and rhythmic detail. The vibrant flora and fauna of the state of Florida is a favorite theme in her work. Mary uses watercolor techniques with ink and acrylic ink to create her intricate pieces.  She finishes off each piece with a custom painted upcycled frame.

Mary is a graduate of Tyler School of Art in Philadelphia and has enjoyed a long successful career as a museum curator and educator at some of our area’s best art, science and history museums.  She has held curator positions at the Museum of Arts and Sciences and the Ormond Memorial Art Museum.

Her paintings have been exhibited around the state and have won many awards.  Mary recently has published her second children’s book, “Crazy’s A to Z for Kids”. Her illustrations have been published in books and magazine throughout the country and her work is included in private collections around the world.
