“Color Thoery I and Mixed Media”

This is a 3-week class series

Dates: Friday’s - Sept. 13th, 20th & 27th, 2024

Time: 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM (Studio B)

Tuition Fee for 3 weeks with Credit Card:     $78.00 members - $93.00 non-members

Tuition Fee for 3 weeks with Check/Cash:    $75.00 members - $90.00 non-members

Classes are limited to 15 students.

Payment in full is required before the first class.

Registration ends the day before first class in the series.

Cancellations must be made at least one week before the first day of class in order to receive a refund.

Class Description:

Learn essential principles of Color Theory 1 - with easy skill building demos and exercises.

Students will choose the mixed media projects that they want to do from a range of possibilities.

Teacher provides a color wheel, and acrylic paints needed to do the mixing of colors, while having fun exploring new color possibilities.

Teacher will assist students with a selection of triadic color compositions, monochromatic, or specific colors for a mood or tonal feeling for your special projects.

Color relationships evoke emotional responses, so let’s give ourselves and our viewers an exciting and rich experience of our art.

All levels are welcome.
